The Scientific and Research Institute of Technologies and Applied Sciences develops innovative solutions in the fields of microelectronics, space and LED technologies. Our key project is the creation and development of the educational institution "Lyceum of Professions" in Kharkiv, which, despite difficult times, continues to lay a solid foundation for a new generation of Ukrainian specialists who will develop our country.

Our scientific activities are focused on creating technologies that can operate in extreme conditions - from space vacuum and radiation to ultra-high temperatures and energy concentrations. This approach creates a unique margin of safety, which opens up new horizons of application for our developments, far beyond their original purpose.

Main areas of scientific research:

High-energy physics

Development of unique radiation-resistant electronics for particle detectors. We are partners with leading world science centers such as CERN (Switzerland) and participate in landmark international experiments, including projects at the Large Hadron Collider

Concentrated solar power

Creation of highly efficient photovoltaic systems capable of operating in conditions of ultra-high concentration of sunlight. We develop both unique solar cells and ready-made modules that efficiently convert the energy of highly concentrated radiation

Solar energy in space

Design and manufacture of highly efficient and reliable solar panels for spacecraft. Our designs withstand the harsh conditions of space, such as deep vacuum, radiation, and extreme temperature changes

Science-intensive lighting technology

Development of intelligent power supply and control systems for LED equipment. Our scientific approach is focused on creating reliable and energy-efficient lighting complexes to solve a wide variety of tasks
